Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States, excluding PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How do you charge for shipping and handling?

We offer free shipping and handling for all products in our store.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship orders out within 5 business days. Depending on the shipping method and your destination address, orders can take 3-15 business days to reach you.

How can I check the status of my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out.

What shipping method do you provide?

We provide trackable Standard/Expedited Shipping methods (e.g., USPS, China Post ePacket, UPS, DHL, FedEx etc).

Why did my order split into multiple parcels with different tracking numbers? (Parcel split)

We sometimes do partial shipping to help you receive certain items from your order faster. While most items can be processed within 3-5 days, some items may have longer processing time for various reasons including, for example, being in different warehouses.Your order may also be divided into two or more packages if the total combined weight exceeds the weight limits of couriers.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

We do our best to ship orders out within 5 business days, which means we might not catch yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you'd like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best. You can contact us by email: contact@easybuynook.com

What's the return/refund policy?

Our products were manufactured with you in mind. We’re confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 15 days of your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and a refund.

Please note that items being returned must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, and with all original parts, tags, and packages. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

What can I do if my products arrived damaged/incorrect?

If your items arrived damged, incorrect or incomplete, please write to contact@easybuynook.com right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information and photos documenting damages (if applicable). Please give us 5 business days to file a claim with the carrier. Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

How can I return my purchased items? And what will the requirements and cost be?

3.1 Easybuynook will bear the cost of the return shipment in the following cases:

The item is damaged or defective

The parts are missing

Wrong or missing item

The item is not as described

The shipping is delayed

3.2 Customers will cover the return cost in all other cases, such as:

Ordered wrong item

Unwanted item

Found better price

Unauthorized purchase

Doesn't fit for intended purpose
